Niramakkulam is a megalithic cist burial site located in Kozhanchery taluk of Pathanamthitta district. Etched carnelian beads/bleached carnelian beads are a type of ancient decorative beads made from carnelian with an etched design in white. Fifteen carnelian beads were collected from the excavation at Niramakkulam out of these four beads are etched tablet-shaped, three are etched barrel-shaped and eight are unetched beads.
